Sheldon Moldoff (1920–2012) was a Golden Age titan, ghost-drawing Batman for Bob Kane while co-creating Poison Ivy, Mr. Freeze, and Bat-Mite. His dynamic, Alex Raymond-inspired style defined DC’s 1940s–60s era, shaping heroes like Hawkman and Green Lantern, plus horror anthologies.
